About this tour
See the rainforest from the treetops.
At Heliconias Lodge, on the slopes of Tenorio Volcano National Park, a trail through primary forest crosses about four hanging bridges.
From the bridges you look at the forest from a different angle, at the level of the canopy. The walk is mainly about observing plants and, now and then, the wildlife that lives up there, with your guide pointing out what you would otherwise miss.
Allow 1.5 to 2 hours.
The Hanging Bridges are an add-on to our Sloth Encounter tour in the Tenorio Rainforest.
